Returns & Refunds Policy

My Race Mats

At My Race Mats, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We offer returns on non-custom, standard stock items only for change of mind within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a change of mind return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • The item must be in resale condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).

2. Custom & Personalised Products

Due to the nature of our business, all custom-designed and personalised RaceMats are made to order and are strictly non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

This includes:

  • Custom track designs

  • Driver, team, school or logo-branded mats

  • Any personalised name, number or image mats

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If the claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • A full or partial refund

Return shipping for approved faulty items will be covered by My Race Mats.

4. Manufacturing Tolerances & Print Variation

Minor variations in colour, print alignment and cutting may occur due to the manufacturing process. These are considered acceptable industry tolerances and do not qualify as faults.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if production has not yet started. Once production has commenced, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. How to Lodge a Return or Claim

To request a return or warranty claim, please contact us via the contact us portal. 
Include your order details.

8. Consumer Guarantees

This policy operates in line with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
